Human-readable failed conditions, not just true/false. Blocking vs non-blocking, grace periods.

Gate Operations

Mobile scan: photograph, VALID/EXPIRED/SUSPENDED, gate/shift/zone checks, duplicate-entry prevention, muster.

Auto-Suspension

Cron suspends on medical/safety/insurance/WO/contractor/blacklist/fraud. Event + notification, never silent.

Security: TLS, field-level encryption (UAN/ESIC/Aadhaar), masking, signed URLs, malware scan stub, rate-limit, CSRF, IDOR protection via server-side authorization. QR reveals minimum data (no ID numbers). Audit immutable.
